The Champion of the competition is chosen from the Best Performance Award nominees. The winner will receive the Liszt Grand Award and a RM 3000 scholarship. (*Terms & conditions apply: Non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.)
The Best Performance Award will be given to exceptional performers from the Preliminary Round. The winner will receive RM 500. (*This award is only applicable to live performances at Dominus Arts Venue, Kuala Lumpur.)
Yes, the teacher of the recipient of the Best Performance Award will be honored with the Certificate of Distinguished Teacher.
Music Schools/Teachers with 10 or more eligible participants will receive the Certificate of Distinguished Music Organization by The International Liszt Ferenc Competition Committee.
Yes, all participants will receive a Certificate of Participation for live performances at Dominus Arts Venue, Kuala Lumpur, as well as a Certificate of Award with their name on it, corresponding to the award they received.
Contestants who score 80 and above, whether performing live or submitting online, will qualify for the Final Round in Budapest, Hungary. The location and date of the final are TBA.
Yes, Comment Sheets will be provided to all participants at the conclusion of the Award Ceremony.
The RM scholarships are intended for masterclasses. The amounts of RM 3000, RM 2000, and RM 1000 are not provided in cash.
